Overview
Arsenal AI is hiring a Product Owner to shape and drive the product backlog for a healthcare technology platform focused on scheduling and care-access workflows. This is a hands-on, technically fluent PO role — you'll go deep on APIs and integration patterns, own documentation, and bring real healthcare domain knowledge to product decisions.
US Citizenship is required for this position.
What You'll Do
Product Backlog Ownership
Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in partnership with engineering and client stakeholders.
API Research & Documentation
Research third-party APIs, evaluate integration approaches, and produce proper technical documentation.
API Testing
Document and test APIs hands-on to validate behavior and inform integration decisions.
Solution Architecture Fluency
Maintain a working understanding of the platform's architecture — enough to configure a client application against a third-party product and speak credibly with engineers.
Domain Expertise
Serve as subject-matter expert on healthcare scheduling workflows, EHR ecosystems, and adjacent care-access processes.
Stakeholder Alignment
Translate between client priorities, industry requirements, and engineering realities.
Required Qualifications
- •Technical proficiency (Medium–High): General understanding of solution architecture; comfortable researching, documenting, and testing APIs; able to configure client applications with third-party products.
- •Domain expertise (Medium–High): Healthcare scheduling and related areas; EHR experience and knowledge.
- •Experience owning a product backlog in an agile delivery environment.
- •Strong written documentation skills.
- •US Citizenship is required due to contractual requirements with the client on this engagement.

- •VA (Veterans Affairs) experience or an established VA network.
