Senior Software Engineer, Integrations
Overview
Arsenal AI is hiring two Senior Software Engineers to join a high-impact integration team supporting a rapidly growing healthcare technology platform. This role focuses on building and scaling enterprise-grade integrations with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and external partners.
This is a contract-to-hire role, where engineers will initially be embedded within an Arsenal AI delivery pod and have the opportunity to convert to a full-time role with the client based on performance and business needs.
US Citizenship is required for this position.
What You'll Do
EHR & Partner Integrations
Design, build, and maintain scalable integrations with Electronic Health Record systems and third-party platforms.
API & Backend Development
Develop RESTful APIs and backend services that power enterprise-grade integrations.
Cloud-Native Engineering
Work in a cloud-native environment leveraging AWS services including ECS/Fargate.
Code Quality & Mentorship
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high engineering standards.
Production Support
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure reliability across integration touchpoints.
Architecture & Workflow
Improve system architecture and development workflows to support long-term scalability.
Required Qualifications
- •5+ years of software engineering experience.
- •Experience with distributed systems and APIs.
- •Proficiency in a backend language (Golang preferred).
- •Cloud experience (AWS preferred).
- •Strong understanding of system design and databases.
- •US Citizenship is required.
