Full Stack Engineer
Overview
We are hiring a Full Stack Engineer to join a product development team building core features for a fast-growing healthcare technology platform. You will work across the stack — Go services on the back end, Angular on the front — with senior engineers reviewing your work and investing in your growth.
This is a contract-to-hire role. You join as a W2 employee of Arsenal AI working full-time on the client's engineering team, with a path to convert to a full-time role with the client based on performance and business need.
US Citizenship is required for this position.
What You'll Do
Feature Development
Build and maintain product features across the Go backend and Angular front end.
API Work
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs that connect the platform's services.
Component Development
Build reusable, well-structured UI components that scale across the product.
Testing & Troubleshooting
Debug, test, and resolve issues across the stack.
Agile Collaboration
Participate in standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Code Quality
Write clean, maintainable code that meets enterprise engineering standards.
What We're Looking For
- •2–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- •Backend experience in Go, or in a comparable language with genuine interest in working in Go.
- •Front-end experience with Angular, or a comparable framework such as React or Vue.
- •Experience building or integrating RESTful APIs.
- •Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- •Strong programming fundamentals and a willingness to learn quickly.

This engagement supports a U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs contract. These are federal contract requirements, not internal company policy. Please confirm you can meet all three before applying.
- •U.S. citizenship.
