Integrations Engineer
Overview
We are hiring an Integrations Engineer to join a team building enterprise integrations for a fast-growing healthcare technology platform. You will help build the connections between Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and external partners — the infrastructure that moves patient data securely between providers.
This is a contract-to-hire role. You join as a W2 employee of Arsenal AI working full-time on the client's engineering team, with a path to convert to a full-time role with the client based on performance and business need.
US Citizenship is required for this position.
What You'll Do
EHR Integrations
Build and maintain integration components connecting EHR systems and third-party platforms.
Backend Development
Develop Go services and RESTful APIs that power platform integrations.
Testing & Troubleshooting
Debug, test, and resolve issues across integration touchpoints.
Cloud Deployment
Deploy and support services in a cloud-native AWS environment.
Agile Collaboration
Participate in standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Code Quality
Write clean, maintainable code that meets enterprise engineering standards.
What We're Looking For
- •2–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- •Backend experience in Go, or in a comparable language with genuine interest in working in Go.
- •Experience building or consuming RESTful APIs.
- •Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- •Strong programming fundamentals and a willingness to learn quickly.
- •Healthcare or regulated-industry experience is a plus, not a requirement.

This engagement supports a U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs contract. These are federal contract requirements, not internal company policy. Please confirm you can meet all three before applying.
- •U.S. citizenship.
- •A REAL ID-compliant driver's license AND a valid U.S. passport — both are required for federal identity proofing through NextGenID PresenceID.
- •Successful completion of a background check and drug screening prior to your start date.
