Overview
Arsenal AI is hiring a Software Engineer to support integration development for a leading healthcare technology platform. This role is ideal for an early-career engineer looking to gain hands-on experience building real-world APIs and distributed systems.
This is a contract-to-hire role with opportunity for full-time conversion.

What You'll Do
EHR Integrations
Assist in building integrations with Electronic Health Record systems.
Backend Development
Develop backend services and APIs that power healthcare platform integrations.
Testing & Troubleshooting
Debug, test, and troubleshoot issues across integration touchpoints.
Agile Collaboration
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional team members.
Code Quality
Write clean, maintainable code that meets enterprise engineering standards.
Required Qualifications
- •1–3 years of experience (or equivalent projects).
- •Knowledge of APIs and backend development.
- •Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- •Strong programming fundamentals.
- •US Citizenship is required.
